I was thinking of checking it out, but, since sci-fi's not my thing, I don't know.

its less of sci fi in the shadow series
more of the world and how things might go in the furture if we had a crazy killer as the ruler and a resistance force of...3 people?

...that's pleasant. Smile (sarcasm. -.-)

that's a great reistance force.

I wonder who that ruler would be if it actually happened...hnm...let's take a moment to think...(somewhat sarcastic/satire)

Well, that's DEFINATELY happened before. Sadam, Hitler, Nero, and many an other. (I THINK Emporer Nero of Rome would qualify. especially since he was playing the HARP as he watched his OWN city burn!)

*sighs* Nero didn't harp as Rome burned. he was so moved by the sight that he composed an elegy on the spot, being a musician (and slightly nuts). he usually played his harp-like instrument while composing, so...
and I don't have ender's game, but it's easy to find at any library.
EDIT: actually, I found out that the legend is that he played the fiddle. and nobody knows for certain what happened, but the composing thing is one possible explanation.
