Chatbox rules

The Chatbox is for students to communicate, so, if any inappropriate content is posted you WILL be kicked off the forum.

i think you should make another rule
since anyone who is on the chatbox can read what they wrote, i think that you should make a rule stating like you cant talk trash about anyone...? idk

i never see people in the chatbox, even when they are on.
so ets ahve a new rule! if you are looking in the forum then u must be in the chatbox! just a thought.

umm...thats kind of a weird rule, what if they are just on for like 10 minutes, its pointless to sign on to the chat

no, chatbox is only on front page. It wouldn't work.

Sometimes, however, I don't think you should be allowed to have 1-on-1 conversations in the forum. Like, simple back and forth. That'll just take up more space, and it probably won't really contribute to the actual topic. That should be reserved for PM's. They use it in the other forum I'm on and it does keep the forums and threads on topic, and not incredibly long.

Right now we don't have that many members, but once new members come in, we will be adding new rules and regulations.
