God, i had to make a thread for this...I just love his music...and the messages he portrays...

I thought Marilyn Manson was a girl for the longest time...

I think his music is too death metal/vampire metal/goth metal for me. It's sort of "bleed my ears and rott my brain" loud. No offense, I'm just..."ish" with the music.

Btw, Marilyn Manson joined this weird church. I think it was satanist.

well its just that your probly used to (no offense) crap like green day and other publicity bands. im open to everything, so one day you may find me listending to a Japanese metal, while another day i might be singing a rap song (but not the junk by 50 cent) lol

theres a japanese song called toilet paper man! (jsut the perfect off topic thing for this topic) i love it! hell eyah! woo hoo hoo!
im open to everythign too. people think im wierd when they see completly different songs i listen to.

No offense taken, I hate their bands. Yeah for all ANTI-GREENDAY! XD By the way, I even wrote a song saying how everything's so publicized, and etc. Rock really has taken a dive.

I listen to the most awkwardly amazing songs. No one's heard of them, (mainly because their japanese, and/or I heard them from watching AMVs) but they're still the coolest thing since sliced bread!

Also, it's really good that, apparently, a lot of us are opened to different music! Yay! No discretion!

I'm sure that a lot of people now a days can be uneducated and ignorant when they make comments. Now that I've heard more of Marilyn Manson (yes, I went off and searched music and etc.), I disagree with my previous comment. It's not death metal, so I'm sorry for my haste to comment with premature understanding.

This is going to sound weird, and most likely not make sense, but, Marilyn Manson's music is...this is going to be hard...it's...whole...deep...thick...? That might not make sense, but it's true. It's not like that paper thin thing you heard from bands like Fallout Boy, and Greenday. (there was another "thick" song, or two, but I can't remember right now.)

I can't say that I'm a fan, (if I met Marilyn Manson in person, I'd probably be scared to death. [that's a metaphor, thank you.]) but I might listen to it...if I'm in that metal mood I sometimes get into. (That's why I have Cradle of Filth and Rob Zombie and Korn on my iPod. Just in case!) I really want to play one of the songs backwards though!

1. Lee, that's one of the most offtopic things I have ever heard/read.
2. I have no idea what your talking about. And, if you're talking about what I somewhat think you are, that's not the apple button icon.
3. (regarding your question before) I agree it's legitamate, and I have no idea. It's a little awkward. Somewhat cool, but, after a while, it gets a little awkward. Until you get used to it...then it's either cool again, or you don't care. (i'm still on the awkward part.)
